A good week for progress on the course and a noticeable increase in the number of members playing both courses.

Spencer and his team have spent a considerable amount of time ‘up the hill’ turfing both the 12^th and 13^th bunkers. It was hoped to have all the turfing completed by today but the unique Crondall eco system (as our Captain Jon Pope calls it) put paid to that plan with a very heavy overnight frost.

The 3^rd green has received some TLC to help speed up recovery and has now got a grow sheet over one section in order to help keep the soil temperature in a positive position.

The first tee has had some attention to help smarten up first impressions.

Next week will see a hopeful completion of the turfing up the hill, commencement of the 13^th artificial teeing area, continuing the 1^st tee work and various tidying jobs around the clubhouse.
